The Importance of Play

“What we play is Life”
Louis Armstrong (1900-1971)

Let me start by quoting Louis Armstrong’s meditation via music. When Louis Armstrong played that trumpet, he achieved equilibrium thereby raising positive vibrations in the world. His quote above indicates his unique meditative perspective on play as it relates to life. The indicator of Louis Armstrong’s happiness scale was always hovering at the top.

Consider the game of ping pong, or Table Tennis, as a meditation. We call it Zen Ping Pong. Take 20 minutes to play! Recreate the body and mind’s ability to restore and repair with energized vibrations and positive chemical releases. Re-boot the computer (the mind) and body after a long day.
