SouledOut.org's Radiant Life Meditation theme for 2008 develops further as we examine, one each lunar cycle, the Divine Truths of Deity ~ the basic truths commonly held by all the world's revealed religions.
The Divine Truth we are focusing on during the moon cycle surrounding the Libra full moon is Humanity's Relationship with God. Throughout this month, may we deepen our pursuit of this important truth, as it is further revealed and demonstrated.
SouledOut.org's Radiant Life Meditation focus, which began a second round with the previous Aquarius lunar cycle, continues through October. This draws upon the meditation practice we have come to recognize as our most potent tool in working together to usher in the Age of Aquarius, and so as a group to co-create Heaven on Earth.

Revealing The Path to God
We suggest beginning each Calendar day using this focus, as all align with the theme for the day. Throughout the Libra cycle, each day's seed thought is conveyed in the graphic representation and associated links on that day's page.
You are encouraged to continue with this meditation focus during the moon cycle surrounding the October 14 Libra full moon. You may want to bookmark the Calendar, or consider making it the startup page in your browser for the entire month, in order to participate on a daily basis. Equity and equilibrium are qualities brought about through the Light of Libra. We can now achieve further balance towards achieving complete soul infusion through the application of Wisdom ~ knowledge gained through experience and implemented with love. (2) This practice describes the narrow, razor-edged path associated with Libra, between the pairs of opposites.
Libra is the point of balance in the zodiac, the place where neither spirit nor matter dominates. During this unfolding lunar cycle culminating at the full moon of Libra-Aries, we may develop the practice of choosing the Way which leads between the two great lines of force, allowing the scales of justice to come into balance.
Presently, a potential is being enlivened and seeds of consciousness are forming deep within. We are called now to assist in the Spiritual Hierarchy's task of setting an example for humanity ~ acting "as if" we are members of the Spiritual Kingdom, to which we aspire.
During this month of the Libran lunar cycle, may we take the time to create a sacred space as all are asked to join in service on the inner planes to bring balance to the present challenges affecting the global financial system.
As the New Group of World Servers, our vision for the Divine Plan includes
The building of a new economic structure whose purpose is to manifest the growth and development of consciousness. This economy will convert all natural resources to the Spiritual betterment of humanity, meeting the common need whenever and wherever it is focused. (3)
This vision will further manifest the Principle of Sharing for all of humanity, in demonstration of the balance to occur in the economic system as we pursue the Libran Way.
As we explore our relationship with Deity, we may further envision the global economy based on balance and sharing, in which distribution of the world's goods reaches all those in need. Food, fuel, clothing, medical expertise and supplies for everyone in all nations are details of the Plan to be brought about through our dedicated service, as we work together in harmony with Deity.

For this month's global meditation, we at SouledOut.org will meditate on Monday, October 13 at 9:00 pm PDT / 04:00 UT October 14, Tuesday. All who wish to join in at this time are welcome, however if you are unable to do so, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to participate.
We suggest you pause at points in the Meditation, wherever you are naturally inclined, to allow the energy and information to come in fully, and to be at one with the energies invoked.

The Lighted Way The entire zodiac can be approached and understood from the angle of light ~ the inner light, soul light ~ and its unfolding, increasing radiance is the manifestation of our divine nature. (6) Study of the 12 different lights for each of the constellations of the zodiac reveals the symbolic story of the growth of the light body within the Soul of Humanity (the Macrocosm) and within each of us (the Microcosm), and will finally make clear the very purpose of God.
Libra Zodiacal Deity Symbolized by the Balance, Libra represents the full blossoming of material manifestation. This is the sign of balancing the opposites and of equilibrium, by which we learn through crises to find the right alignment. The effect of this balance is harmony, developing our powers of discrimination, and bringing into equilibrium the two-sided forces of duality.
Balance~The Libran Way On the Cardinal Cross, Libra brings order, rhythm, and eventually equilibrium. Libra governs the Way to the Middle, the middle path. The energy of Libra helps us move from the weighing of opposites, judgment, to the place of understanding, the point of balance. In seeking and finding point of balance, the Divine Life is further revealed and from this place all things can be seen in a new light.
Humanity's Relationship with God Our essential relationship with Deity is inherent in human consciousness, and has been handed down through the ages by the spiritual leaders of the world. (7)

What is the appropriate way to join in this meditation ... you may wish to participate in group formation on the physical plane as well as on the inner planes. Whether or not you choose to be "alone" on the physical plane, know you are uniting with many others who also are attuning to the energies available at this Global Festival, and that this group focus creates a powerful channel for the meditation to be potent and effective.
If you are unable to meditate at the exact time of the full moon, choose a time within 12 hours before or after to be part of this group meditation.
Prior to your meditation take the needed time to create a sacred space and spiritually align your energies.
We Recognize, the Full Moon Festivals Culminate over a Five-Day Period ...
Our meditation focus beginning at the new moon leads into the two "days of preparation" immediately preceding the full moon. Best as is possible, these are to be dedicated to spiritual reflection and detachment from everyday concerns, as each prepares to become a vessel for the energies of light and love they will receive and channel. At this time we hold the attitude of dedication and service, and seek to assume such an attitude of receptivity to that which our soul will impart, which will make us of spiritual use.
The day of the full moon itself is the "day of safeguarding," one of inner peace and silence during which we attempt to contact and consciously hold the energies for the rest of humanity. We will not formulate for ourselves what will happen, nor will we look for results or tangible effects. While one may not observe the exact moment when the moon is full, it's important to find some quiet time to reflect alone or use this opportunity to meditate with others of like mind and focus.
The two succeeding days are called the "days of distribution." We now turn the attention outwards, away from ourselves, and our efforts are to pass on the spiritual energies that have been contacted. We assist these spiritual energies, transformed into goodwill, in flowing to where there is greatest need.
If you wish, feel free to continue use of this meditation for the entire month of Libra.
We now continue to hold the high space throughout this most auspicious day of the full moon, an important time to still the mind and maintain inner peace, a time of spiritual retreat and contact.

Divine Truths of Deity These basic truths are commonly held by all the world's revealed religions.
Libra Labor of Hercules The seventh great test of Hercules in Libra, in which Hercules is charged with caputring the Erymanthian Boar, is about learning balance and sound judgment. "... Hercules seizes the hind legs of the boar, and compels the beast to walk down the mountainside on its front legs, and ... this spectacle excites the laughter of all who witness it. In this incident we observe the Libran's ability to find unusual solutions, and to perceive the value of the incongruous." (8)

Principle of Freedom The Principle of Freedom and the Principle of Liberation are related to Libra, for we are told, "the secret of liberation lies in the balancing of the forces and the equilibrising of the pairs of opposites." (10) Libra pertains to freedom: freedom from the personality, freedom from blindness, or freedom from all the seven planes of our planetary existence ~ the planes which are sometimes referred to as the arenas of human and superhuman evolution.
Cardinal Cross According to Alice A. Bailey, Libra upon the Cardinal Cross rules the human subjective and spiritual life. "The Cardinal Cross brings about cosmic awareness." (11)
